Very nice The environment is pleasant , the quality and the details of characters are really nice just like the lights. I think it coulb be more effective with some more important zone of shade on the buildings. +7/7

This picture is made of excellent and jawesome (with a dollop o' slick and stylish thrown in there, too). Ditto to Kadu's suggestion to dirty it up a mite. Otherwise, it's just sinfully delish from the colors and shading to the feel and sense of place.
